LARK Cellar Door

Classic Cask Bottle
Interior
Interior

Once distillery and bond store, the LARK Cellar Door and whisky bar in the heart of Hobart offers the finest range of LARK single malt whiskies. The full range of spirits is available for purchase by the bottle, often including some exclusive or hard-to-find releases.

LARK whisky is a vision borne from a fishing trip in the Tasmanian Highlands. It was on this trip that Bill and Lyn Lark became determined to craft a world-class whisky, made from pristine Tasmanian ingredients. Thus, in 1992, the LARK household became the first Australian distillery to produce single malt spirit in 154 years.
